Portrait of Perception

Our experiences shape and form who we are, but sometimes we are not aware of how we have been impacted. We all are different and unique in our own way, and our inner self is further morphed and conditioned without us realizing. In this series I have tried to paint what my subject’s personality reflect on me. I observe my subject and try to express through my paintings what I perceive of my subject’s experiences and its effects on them.
