Structure and haptics

This series of paintings thrives on deep structure and haptics. The cracks in the picture surfaces represent the transience. The colour surfaces show that beauty and new can emerge from every past. I have tried to emphasize this train of thought with metallic effects and leave it to the viewer to decide whether I have succeeded or not.
