The Beauty and the Beast

The Beast and Beauty is yet another love story woven like the deep knots of an aged Persian carpet. It is a tale of two beasts, two horned souls, two lovers bound together on canvas. Amid contradictions, through bold and striking colours, I paint a love just as fierce, a love burning with hope. At the heart of this story stand the clay statues, silent yet alive, gazing upward from the centre of the painting.
