The Black ALPA
"In 2004 I traveled to Zurich, Switzerland, and wanted to purchase a legendary viewfinder camera, the ALPA SWA12. But I didn't like the gold-colored trim on the shutter release and hinges, too flashy for the street and not really stylish. I got ALPA to anodize all the parts black, which turned out to be very difficult, it took them half a year and they vowed never to do such a conversion again. But I had it, my unique "Black ALPA", whose quality in 6x8 format is unsurpassed and its handling possible even without a tripod."
The collection is part of the "Lensfield Project" and includes about 500 selected photographs, all taken in analog from 2004 to the present. The subjects include cities, architecture, landscapes, objects and people.
