waterscapes, or the color of water

the interaction with surrounding conditions, the change of color, the many different colors and reflections, the importance and role of water within the classical system of the 4 elements are substantial to this fotografic serie. first part of a tetralogy of elements,(water, air, earth + fire) like no other element, water adapts to its ambiance in form and consistancy as an artist i am mainly interested in the interaction between water and surrounding light.most of the fotos shown here, are taken in and around my hometown munich.
