Wire Horses

Inspitration: Lack of art material due to the pandemic. Living in Brazil during this long period taught me to use less in order to achieve more. It doesn’t take much to feel the real experience of freedom. The horse, it self, represents the strength and power even during hard times. Therefore I made the decision to use a material that I could work with my hands and a little help from an old and rusty plier. At the end of the day, despite the difficulty on getting the form and the movement I wanted to, I had zero waste.
