I present to you a series of new artworks depicting the practice of yoga. As some of you know, this is my third year of a regular routine of yoga. I am thankful for my yoga teacher Kris for his guidance and instruction over this time. And what does come to mind is the profound therapeutic qualities of yoga to the extent that I credit this practice to my slow and lengthy recovery from a hockey injury. And yoga was most helpful in developing an improved mental focus along with means of establishing a relaxing state of mind. These few abstract artworks that follow serve as my expression of this yoga artform.
