A Legendary story of the Irish and Pennsylvania Dutch at Valley Forge when a Irishman put a Shamrock on the Dutchman's Hex sign for good luck during practice fights. The Shamrock is for Good Luck. The Heart is for Love for your fellow man. The Distlefink good luck bird, 2 for double good luck. Trinity Tulips for faith in yourself, Faith in what you do, Faith in your fellow man. Scallops around the border were Ocean waves for smooth sailing through Life. A fun paper collage I made from fond memories of my Small Farm. This is a Original Acrylic paint on paper collage. Acrylic paint is painted on arches paper then cut out with a pen knife and applied in layers. Each collage takes 2 to 3 months to complete.
