Lovely Red Collage

So many people, so many cultures, it’s one big inspiration for art. I am lucky enough to have seen and live in many places in the world. And if it wasn’t for internet, I would not have learned about the different beautiful ways to express yourself. I am a Dutch born artist who enjoyed living in many different countries in the past 25 years and I am now happily based in Dubai. The materials used range from paper and plastic to latex as in natural rubber sheet and liquid latex ( body paint ). Currently my focus is on working with paper, mostly taken from glamour magazines. Other materials and techniques are chosen while the art object is being made, which can result in interesting pieces: I just love to create with my hands. With my artwork I hope to inspire other people.
