Embroidered Photography. 15cmX20cm with mat. The original photo was very perplexing for me. It was very vague where the woman in the photo was sitting. She was not occupying the chair, just she was just leaning over it while playing with a doll. Her legs were generously presented to the gaze of audience. She was a sexual subject and "future" mother as photo hints however her place was never clear. I wanted to emphasise the empty chair where woman never sits, never occupies, just touches softly. Who owns this chair if not she? Where is the place of woman (or women) if not "that fancy chair"?
