I'm not an artist. My grandma is. I was born and raised in China. Currently, I'm going to graduate school in America. The works I'm exhibiting on are created by my grandmother, who is one of the few artists who have mastery of traditional Chinese painting and paper-cutting, and the only one in China who creatively combines the two. Her works have been selected twice as national postage stamp image. As her eyesight is declining and health worsening, she seldom creates new works. It is her wish that in the remaining days of her life, her work could be appreciated by people beyond China. Due to the intricacy of the work, it usually takes her several weeks to complete one piece of work. What I exhibit are my grandma's best works years ago. Hope you like them as I do.
