Biomorphia - Julia's Clownerie Series - 'Julia's Rainbow Skulls' Artwork

Description/inspiration of work: These images represent different direction and style on my creations comprising the Biomorphia Group - Julia Fractal Algorithm set. This group, the elements are composed of roughly circular round-ish objects, that i like to call "clowns" This series uses these spherical/ovoid objects to compose the picture, but is still true to the Julian Fractal Algorithm that my art is developed from. As a rule my works, that are formulated in this fractal expression, are brightly colored, including the backgrounds -- with a few exceptions that make use of black to enhance the artwork overall. This next offering is titled - - "Julia's Clownerie" (sic intentional) - - Julia's Rainbow Skulls. I hope the viewers can look past the macabre title, and enjoy the symmetry and composition of the work. I'm fascinated by colors, shades, tints, tones, and values. Shapes are another interest of mine as well. It is a definite challenge to combine all of the above concepts into a coherent piece of art. I also hope to improve and develop my skills to start depicting surreal landscapes and terrains. The components are assembled separately and color matched by hand. My mediums of choice are Illustrator, Photoshop, Pixarra, and Corel Draw, with its attendant celebrated Painter. I use a Wacom tablet to paint, draw, and otherwise fill in my colors and components I employ the best print paper medium i can locally procure -- 210 - 300 gsm, archival cotton rag mostly, although some of my works look better with Matte paper. All of my works are printed Giclee style mostly, although I exploring the use of metallic inks on a few of my works. Future plans are to include fabric, and framing with my offerings
