ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Byzantine Fractal [1], is a vibrant composition that combines the symmetry of fractal geometry with organic floral motifs. The image showcases a richly detailed arrangement of orange and green petals, mirrored to form a mandala-like pattern that draws the eye inward toward a harmonious center. The symmetry and repetition evoke the intricate designs of Byzantine art, while the vivid colors give the piece a contemporary, almost digital aesthetic. This balanced blend of natural forms and geometric precision invites viewers to reflect on the interconnectedness of nature and mathematical beauty, creating a dynamic visual experience.
