My recent work delves into the fusion of reality and fantasy, creating a world where the ordinary and the extraordinary coexist in harmony. I incorporate elements such as houses, waterfalls, forests, and vehicles, positioning them among clouds and mountains in scenes that defy gravity. This juxtaposition is designed to highlight the tension in the natural world. In these compositions, everything carries an air of both authenticity and illusion. For instance, you might encounter mountains that overlap in impossible ways, dense forests that seem impenetrable, and terrains that are inaccessible by any known means. These landscapes often feature supernatural and surreal elements, such as floating islands or rivers cascading from the sky, which challenge our understanding of the natural order. Scattered throughout these scenes are ruins, remnants of past civilizations, which evoke a sense of familiarity while also surprising the viewer with their unexpected placements. The purpose of these images is to encourage viewers to reconsider their perceptions of time and space. By weaving together unrelated visual elements in dynamic and unexpected ways, I strive to create a seamless narrative that connects these disparate components logically and poetically. My goal is to craft allegorical landscapes that offer a therapeutic escape from reality through their dreamlike and ornamental qualities.
