ABOUT THE ARTWORK
When I was released from the Suffolk County House of Corrections in 2007 I began to learn about the work of John Singer Sargent as I spent a good portion of my free time in the Boston Public Library where some of his mural work is housed. Through his work I began to learn of his admiration for the work of Diego Velazquez. i produced studies of the work of both painters. This the one I produced of Diego Velazquez's.
