About The Artwork

Abraham Lincon was the 16th President of the United States of America, and he fought against slavery at that time. He is definitely an icon worldwide and as an artist I show appreciation of what he has done by drawing him. He was rebellious, he fought for the abolishment of slavery when many benefited from it. A famous quote by him says: "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power". When he was given power he changed the course of history and we shall forever salute him.

I'm a young creative artist who lives in South Africa, who is passionate about art. I take art as a form of expression, and I believe that I communicate with my creativity. We all face different situations in life, and for me I get to express it through art, whether abstract or contemporary.
