I pour love, joy and presence into the world through my creations. Guided by excitement, I paint simple marks and intuitive forms. My work explores the many parts that make a whole and the notion that we are creators in form. My work is process based.  I get up before the sun. I meditate and then I show up to the paper with brushes and paint. Showing up is the most important part. I show up to nothingness and paint what comes forward. When I am finished, I feel it. What I create generally surprises me. I am a witness to the whole process.  I am a student of my paintings. My work teaches me to allow, to follow impulses, and to focus. Through my work I strive to experience the divinity of all things. I explore the myths of separation, of permanence, and of perfection. I have been painting since 1992. When my first daughter was born in 2002, I told myself that I needed to dedicate myself to practical things. I promised myself that I would focus on painting again in 22 years. I kept my promise and started painting again in 2024. I want my work to uplift you, to be a visual pause button, and to allow for a moment of peace.
