This unique original mixed media drawing is one of the latest artworks of the talented contemporary professional Bulgarian artist Silvia Pavlova, deeply inspired by art nouveau, avant garde and modernism. Its trait is to present the world solely from a subjective perspective, distorting it radically for emotional effect in order to evoke moods or ideas. The artist sought to express the meaning of emotional experience rather than the actual physical reality.

Silvia Pavlova is a contemporary artist whose work is deeply influenced by modernism, art nouveau, and colorist naive art. Her paintings reflect a blend of optimism, idealism, and solitary joy. Silvia employs a unique painting technique that involves layering textile elements onto the canvas, adding depth and texture to her compositions. This distinctive method has become a hallmark of her style. Silvia is a nationally recognized artist who has been developing her figurative painting since 1998, with dynamic leaps in its evolution. Born and based in Sofia, Bulgaria, she grew up in an artistic family, where both her parents were artists, naturally fostering her passion and talent for art from an early age. In addition to her work as a painter, Silvia has experience as an Art Director in Art Rental, curating cultural projects such as "Wake Up Your Walls," Art Point of Sofia, INFINITY ART PASSAGE, and TOWERS Gallery, collectively organizing around 80 exhibitions as part of these initiatives. A member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists in the "Painting" section, Silvia has held numerous exhibitions across Bulgaria and Europe. She has established herself as a prolific artist, regularly showcasing her works in solo exhibitions. Nearly 90% of her paintings are sold immediately after being displayed.
