Blue Jay - Watercolor Pencil Drawing Drawing

I wanted to continue my Ohio winter bird series drawings, by focusing on three primary birds. Previously doing red with the cardinal, this Blue Jay obviously covers the color blue. Blue Jays are always far more common of a sight for me, that come to feed on the seed left on my back porch. Hopefully the viewer lovers the splash of color this artwork adds to their home as a wall art decoration, and finds serenity and a sense of peacefulness of the liveliness of this colorful bird. I used watercolor pencils on cold press wood pulp paper. 9x12in, framed in a white matted black frame.
