About The Artwork
You're not afraid of the dark are you? This is one of my favorites. The dragon and immediate surrounding area started out as a tattoo for a friend back in 2007. I bounced around from one idea to another, setting this aside for several years before finishing it. The bulk of it is in colored pencil. The basic outline of the dragon and base layer of the pit surrounding him are in marker. The pit has a layer of colored pencil over the top giving it that inky feel.
