I use ink, pencils, colored pencils and embroidery on paper. My inspiration for this image comes from the illustrations created by the "Botanical Women" between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries. Women illustrators who with their creations brought us closer to a natural world unknown until then. A passion for plants and nature that I share with them and with which I build my message through emotional colors and imagined natural forms (realistic or not). Maria Sibylla Merian, Elizabeth Blackwell or Lady Arabella Roupell among many others, whose work has begun to be visible and has recently been declared. I create by necessity, as a form of personal expression, and I can not stop. It is emotional, instinctive and each image reflects a particular moment of my existence as a human being

I am a Visual Artist, creating original drawings, paintings and illustrations. Also I am a Graphic Designer, Web Designer and a Specialist in Equality and Gender. I am a member of the Executive Board of EmPoderArte, International Association of Women Artists. ______________________________________ Trees, flowers, plants, stairs, doors, rails, water and beings inhabit my world on paper or canvas; moments trapped in elements that float, fly or move without moving, without soil, on water, subjected to space, in a constant equilibrium necessary to all human existence; worlds hidden but visible to the eyes of the soul. In the nature of my creations are also hidden beings that inhabit it, that I do not seek, that I do not know where they are or where they come from, but that they spring forth from my compositions. With the use of colors I face the fears, pain and/or violence of the situations that humans go through to transform them into happiness, joy and optimism through the light of them. **Throughout history, women artists have been defined as "minor artists", questioned for our creative capacity and for our technical elaboration, while the subjects treated have been classified as secondary and irrelevant, as "feminine art". One of them has been flowers and elements of nature, so with my work I vindicate the value of creative women and our way of seeing and understanding the world.
