About The Artwork

Lam minejoj elfosis rimedojn. Nun rimedoj elfosas minejojn. (Kiedyś kopalnie wydobywały zasoby. Teraz zasoby wydobywają kopalnie). Translation: Once mines extracted resources. Now resources extract mines. A work of art symbolizing the revitalization of the mines in the Silesian Voivodeship. The painting consists of 109 graphics, merged into one composition and framed as one. Most of the graphics are variations of the Headframe, which represent resource deposits in the painting. And the gold ingot is engaged in their extraction. Renovation. The gold ingot in the painting is made of pure gold. Materials used: paper; gold - 23.75 karats, ink, acrylic, fine liner, ballpoint pen. ⠀ A series of documentary films documenting the creation process can be included with the artwork. Approximately 90% of the work process has been recorded. The film itself can be considered as an artwork, complementing the painting.
