Lines R 3 Drawing

Annette Mewes-Thoms topic is the line. She loves the water and its reflections. If you look closely, you will discover a variety of different lines in the reflections. They are always on the move. In this work she worked with moving and rigid lines. The moving lines can only be discovered by looking at the work from the side (see photo). They are under the rigid lines. She compacted the rigid lines almost to black. Black because it's dark in the depths of the sea. She worked with a paint marker. Therefore the surface is slightly shiny like the surface of the water.
