・Berlin based visual artist ・ Drawing⎥Painting⎥Object⎥Installation SASCHA KÜRSCHNER is a Berlin-based multimedia artist whose work is characterized by a profound engagement with philosophy, emotion, and the human condition. These drawings are part of the ongoing series RECORDINGS. Dimensions: each 65x64cm. Created through a complex layering of graphite, pencil, shellac, as well as copper and gold leaf on tinted, heavy Bristol paper, they unfold as quiet spaces of resonance — recordings of what escapes spoken language yet remains deeply rooted within. They revolve around the agitated heart – that eternal, intoxicating center of human experience, with all its fractures, contradictions, and shadowed edges. A kind of visual recordings: searching, seismographic gestures along the lines of desire, pain, and memory. Recorded Life – Desire – Suffering – Love His work has been presented in numerous exhibitions in germany and abroad. He lives and works in Berlin
