I spent my life painting Roman and South Italy landscapes, using various techniques, most oil and mixed techniques, engraving and etching. My painting is typically Apulian-Mediterranean, where light and color come together to Roman atmosphere. My artworks are linked to the Roman School of the '900, but rather takes on a wider range and more intense colors that characterize it. Some of critics who comments or conversed about my works are Chigo De Chiara, Sandra Giannattasio, Toti Carpentieri, Italo Carucci, Ennio Bonea, John Wolfe, Mara Ferloni, Antonio Sorgente, Tiziana Grassi and many other. I was born in Lecce (Italy) on 1934, but now I live and work in Rome (Italy). From 1959 I taught pictorial decoration at the state Art Institute in Lecce and from 1971, Ornament and Life Drawing at one of the state Art High School in Rome. From 1982 i'm a member of the Association "Cento Pittori di via Margutta" (One Hundred Painters of Via Margutta). I do love to meet people and to talk about big ancient painter; my favourite leading painters are those of the Sienese school of 1400. Some of my art work are in the church of St. Mary of Grace (Lecce), in the O.F.S. Room at the parish church of St. Antony of Lecce, in the Royal Palace at Ryadh in Saudi Arabia, in the 17th century Convent of St. Franciscan at Lequile (Lecce), some Italian banks (Banca del Salento - Lecce, City bank - Milan), Interforce Headquarter (Paradisi's Rooms), Roma, Fate bene fratelli Hospital (Rome), Pontificium Consilium de Iustitia (Vatican City), Lions Club (Rivoli - Turin), Municipality of Argos (Greece), Provincial Command of the Carabinieri in Rome, some museum (e.g. Museo Provinciale S. Castromediano (Lecce), Museo Archeologico Lavinium di Pratica di Mare (Roma), Museo "Vito Mele" di S.Maria di Leuca (Lecce), Museo Fijilkam (Ostia, Rome)).
