About the Artist

Pierfabrizio Paradiso

Germany

Artist and Performer, he lives and works between Milan and Berlin.
He has performed for artists such as Lothar Hempel (Giò Marconi, Milan) and Ei Arakawa (Artissima 17, "The Dancers" section), and currently works with the company SIGNA (Copenhagen / Volksbühne, Berlin).He attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and holds an MA in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies from NABA, where he also served as a project tutor for the Visual Arts department.Additionally, he has collaborated as a teaching assistant in courses and activities for the Phenomenology of Comparative Arts within the Master's in Light and Landscape Design, and for the Advanced Trends in Visual Arts course alongside curator Marcella Anglani. He has worked as a project coordinator and member of Trama21 – Research Group for Contemporary Art. Furthermore, he participated in the 12th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, collaborating with Maria Papadimitriou on the project "awaytogrow" inside the Greek National Pavilion.The aim of his research is to enact the everyday as something unexpected, reconsidering the "blank" as a space of possibility for the collective construction of a new imagery. In this space, neither artists nor spectators are called to play defined roles; instead, everything unfolds as an exchange.
