Silky Folds 1 Ear Drawing

I see everyone as a living gallery, as a collector of inspirations. We are eternal seekers of the beautiful, and our senses play an active part in decorating our secret world with all the findings perceived by the senses, in the form of memories, in the form of objects... My paintings come from all my inspirations, as a kind of subtle blend of images, texts, daydreams, symbolism or associations of ideas. The drawing, whether complex or simple, is what comes naturally after the visions that speak to the mind, and which sometimes haunt it for a long time before being born on paper. I usually work in black and white. Is it the viewer who brings color through his or her eyes? I don't know. However, the total simplicity of the materials - paper and pencil for the most part - allows me to emphasize the complexity of the subject. The sharpened pencil becomes the pointed scalpel that reveals unexpected details on the smooth surface. For me, graphite is the perfect way to dissect the void. Through my art, I show my admiration for the only Artist, the only Creator and the greatest Master of the Universe. I owe everything I have ever imagined or created to Him.
