About The Artwork
This is a high resolution scan of an A4 pen and ink drawing on the front of a unbleached paper notebook. It is based on several concepts and images, from the idea of the Love Tree, to the geometry of the stellated dodecahedron, to the picture of the little girl with the fortune teller at the beginning of the movie Waking Life. The triptych of beings represent the Three Selves of Huna - the inner child, god-self, and tangible personality. The combination of these three creates the treble cleft, upon which the music of life emerges.
