Art Description

Drawing: Ink on Paper.

In Japan, Koi fish are associated with strength of purpose and with perseverance in adversity. I have begun drawing/painting these with a Japanese fountain pen and iron gall ink during the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 and am sharing them as a symbol of strength and good fortune. Each one is slightly different and obviously unique.
