Jonathan's new series of artworks are large-scale monochrome highly detailed pencil drawings such as "Through the Stone, the Sky" (2024) and "Looking Up" (2024). His latest drawing is "A (Bigger) Swimming Pool" (2025), a reworking of a previous smaller drawing from 2018 and previously sold on SaatchiArt. The highly collectible "Sharkies" series of drawings and paintings were first begun in 2012 and have evolved into an eye-catching playful and upbeat design motif. Each unique square drawing is always hand-drawn. There are no prints in existence as he prefers to always create one-off artworks, often working spontaneously so that the line is rhythmical and fluid.
