ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Where it's the missing character speaks of the dynamic between culture, being and nature and their role in current and past events. Using the human figure and animal, the charcoal drawing tries to raise questions of morality. The pose and dramatic contrast bring discomfort ,although the fine lines and tones of the face and bear bring the spectator in. Having a duality that transforms this drawing in a unique piece.
