About The Artwork

Yuhua Pavilion is a Tibetan-style building in the Forbidden City with a three-story structure. It was rebuilt on the original Ming Dynasty building in 1749. In the process of research and description, we as contemporary people can have a dialogue with ancient civilizations and re-experience a profound aesthetic method that may no longer exist today.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

My works is to integrate the abstract and impressionism in the Chinese traditional painting into the classical western water and color painting. the latter of which normally is based on accuracy and reality. as far as techniques are concerned. The similarity of both using the sharp pointed brush and the mixed of color and water provides the possibility of merging the oriental philosophy with the water and color painting. It is hoped this western light result and east painting pattern in one works would be a new vision beauty.
