ABOUT THE ARTWORK
It represents inmates during their free time in the San Vittore prison, where I was detained for two years, locked in a giant cage like animals that are now a shadow of themselves and are static, immobile and lost. A yellow light on the left symbolizes hope for freedom and a better future.

Since I was a young boy art was my passion. I was a successful entrepreneur but I was involved in a scandal and I want in jail. During this period I graduated at the University of Milan in Art and I studied painting with Renato Galbusera, former professor at Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. The main subject of my art is jail and the violation of human rights of detained persons. I want to redeem my self and to fight against abuses in jailhouses.
