About The Artwork
This weaving was inspired by the vivid hues in nature. Looking out of the train window in southern France the colors flashed by. I chose bright ribbons and white lace to portray the colorful countryside.I framed this weaving in an ornate gold frame for contrast and impact. The viewer will smell the lavender and magically return to Provance.
