ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A springbok jumps or prance (show off) with a late afternoon skyline. Nature, fauna and flora (flowers and leaves from my garden) and the world around me is a huge source of inspiration. The clouds in the sky and a beautiful old torn tree tends to always grab my attention. I use colour pencils, ink pens, pastels to make drawings on paper, which I combine and play with digitally.

Whether it is the colour of a cloud while the sun is setting after a sweltering hot day, or a raindrop on a succulent leaf after a heavy rainstorm, or an old crocodile basking in the sun on a riverbank.... I use coloured pencils, ink pens, pastels, etc. to make small drawings which I digitise, combine and play with.
