ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by Masacio and done in my usual paper cut-out style. I wanted to juxtapose the mature themes of the story with the childlike materials/process. The spray paint "Dust" highlights the theme of Genesis while also doubling as a potential graffiti tag. All of these elements working together combine to create a since of wonder, horror, and curiosity.
