Giuseppina Irene Groccia GiGro's digital art is remarkable for her depth of artistic and expressive language. When digital meets with good intuition, artistic semantics is freed from all conventionality, from all canonic proportion and style category. Each image is composed of overlappings and research of the female figure (or parts of it), sometimes in very sensual and intimate poses, inspired from Glamour magazines and Pop references. A frame of a story, a snapshot of an image illuminated with imagination, memory and thought. Many people consider Digital Art as something very simple, as if certain effects might be created magically and effortlessly from your computer. Yet there is nothing wronger than that. Behind each work it is enclosed a knowledge of the project, together with a detailed study and perfect planning. The Italian artist's personal research is a conceptual communication that hides a story to be read from different angles. Giuseppina Irene approaches art following a path of laboratory studies, where she explores various painting techniques. Her art transmits a strong innovative and contemporary feeling. She uses her work as a tool for her intimate reflection. Her introspective dimension takes shape through her various expressive languages, such as painting, digital art and photography. Giuseppina’s eclectic art is capable of creating an emotional "transfer" between her emotions, translated into visual thoughts, and the sensitive passive perception of the user.
