Art Project: VISIONS FROM AN UNKNOWN UNIVERSE What is it about? Visions from an Unknown Universe is a large personal artistic project. This project was created in Brussels in 2012, and will continue to grow in the years to come. How was this project born? The move to the Belgian capital in 2012 marks the beginning of interest in new forms of artistic expression, such as digital painting and 3D graphics, also following deepening the study of these new creative media increasingly demanded in professional fields. Like this, the idea of creating a workplace, a new world made of fantasy images, but solid from a structural and physical point of view, was born. The images are of possible and at the same time unnatural worlds, which contain to independent narrative threads. In fact, these images want to tell a story, but the narrative element contained in it is subjective. The observer is the protagonist of the interpretation of the tale in each work. Certainly the author of the works has its version of the story told, but it is not said to be true! What are the founding themes of the project? At the base of the choices of each subject, there was a lot of deep personal research and work. To begin with, there is a dystopic vision of the future of our society, understood as a warning to avoid making such mistakes, which could make reality the scenarios represented in the different "visions". There are a range of recurring themes including climate change, atmospheric pollution, migration, and the collapse of the global economic system in these kinds of "parallel universes".
