Dr Natalia Jezova is a contemporary artist whose work explores perception, memory, and the layered nature of visual experience. Her paintings often combine elements of classical portraiture with contemporary abstraction, creating a dialogue between art history and modern identity. In recent years, her practice has been deeply influenced by changes in vision, which led her to explore the concept of “double seeing.” Through layered imagery, overlapping forms, and symbolic elements such as flowers, her works reflect the fragile boundary between clarity and distortion, reality and memory. Natalia’s work invites the viewer into a poetic space where images shift and transform, encouraging a more intuitive and emotional way of seeing. Her artworks have been presented internationally and recognised in numerous juried exhibitions and competitions. She has also been featured in critical publications including Contemporary Art Curator Magazine. Based in the United Kingdom, Natalia continues to develop her distinctive visual language while engaging with themes of identity, perception, and transformation. Collectors are warmly invited to inquire about available works.
