David Tamarin was born in 1945 in Israel. At the age of 15, he was accepted to the Bezalel Academy of Art. When he graduated Bezalel, he started working as a graphic designer and later as an art director in an advertising agency. Then he went to New York where he studied in the School of Visual Arts Later he made lithographs for the greatest artists. He worked for several years painting and printing lithographs for the Picassoc estate and the Marina Picasso collection. Tamarin is considered to be one of the best print artists in New York. Since his return to Israel, he has also produced and printed art prints.
