Giovanissimo si cimenta da autodidatta nel creare scenografie per le compagnie teatrali riuscendo a ricavare dalla semplice carta fondali e quinte tridimensionali di grande impatto per gli spettatori;
Grande osservatore e con spiccate doti nella lavorazione dei materiali inizia a viaggiare alla ricerca di nuove forme d’Arte; Trascorre diversi anni in sud America studiando la cultura e l’arte locale arricchendo il suo bagaglio artistico.
Rientrato in Italia approfondisce le sue ricerche e i suoi studi sui materiali riuscendo finalmente a trovare la sua “amalgama”;
Così amava chiamare la materia di sua invenzione che gli permetteva di realizzare le sue creazioni;
Nasce quella che verrà chiamata “PittoScultura” attraverso la quale il poliedrico artista riesce a realizzare soggetti di media dimensione levigando a freddo la sua amalgama con infinita cura e precisione fino ad ottenere risultati sorprendenti e suggestivi per tecnica e stilnovismo;
