I never wanted to limit my own existence for anything, or never wanted to see myself within any limits by going to find myself. So, I have tried to re-understand myself over and over again through different experiments in different things at different times and find myself through my own understanding in terms of my all knowledges. In this journey of finding myself, I have found myself more or less in many things. So, I think my life is multidimensional, I have many identities; and constantly I am building many identities through gaining knowledge and experience. Besides, I think that life is not very simple or transparent, life is not easily understandable, but life is divided into many entities or layers. So sometimes it becomes very difficult to understand or read ourselves through all the layers. However, I wanted to express this overall understanding in my artwork and tried to compose the different characteristics of life through different contexts. I have presented my life here in the same way that it is difficult to read my real life, just as it is difficult to read my life expressed in my works of art. However, I have tried my best to present different materials, contexts, texts or images as if they can express my memories, existence and at the same time my social or political philosophy. In this artwork I have used my old clothes, notebook pages, as well as various old things I used, because I think these materials carried a lot of my memories. Since these carry my memory, I find my old self in them, and they remind me of the evolution of my existence. It can be said that my nostalgic and narcissistic characteristics can be found here through all this. Again, I have used Antonio Gramsci's "Prison Notebooks" as a reference here, as I find my political philosophy and philosophical position in this book and the writings of the author's.
