The Artwork is a clothed version of a rebellious reinterpretation of a spirit listed in the medieval Playgirl grimoire entitled the Goetia, which was classically utilised by Sweaty Hogwarts scholars in order to conjure up the Incubus archetypes of the deified Animus made as a God/Devil. The Artwork otherwise depicts the second spirit called Agares as a Succubus archetype of the Fallen Anima who manifests as a Surrealist Playboy vision of a Rusalka. She is a Duchess of the planetary Chakra sphere of Venus, who is under the power of the Red Fire Star (Mars) of the East. She appears in the visualised form of a beautiful Art Muse of the Russian avant-garde amidst the Triangle Of Art imagination of a conjuring Surrealist Artist. She is imagined riding upon a T-34 Tank she to name as her Crocodile, along with a Goshawk upon her fist or to be flying overhead. Her two-dimensional image, along her seal/sigil, is meditated upon prior to sleep, which leads to the stirring of microcosmic dreams, wherein of an induced lucid dream she is then conjured into an interactive three-dimensional reality. Should a lucid dream conjuration be successful, it will then lead to concordant Macrocosmic synchronicities being generated. The seal/sigil of Agares, which is depicted in the Artwork is derived from the classical Goetia.

Mardun is principally a Surrealist Artist, whose author's name is Faustus Crow; but both art and writing alchemically merge of a sacred wedding. Mardun has an experiential interest in lucid dreaming, which of a neurological phenomenon has inspired artists and authors throughout the ages, from whose creations since the time of the painted cave wall of a Shaman have sprung insights into the nature of reality, which became ensuing mystical traditions, such as the occultism of Aleister Crowley to that of the Surrealist 'fantasy fiction' of H.P Lovecraft. Mardun does not see a division between the practices of art and magic; for both practices deal with symbolism, which is the subconscious language form of surrealist dreams and of your fantastic Imagination, which also inspires your culture.
