For me, art is an open window of freedom. Whatever happens in life, I can look through this window and remember the world within me. My paintings and collages are fragments of that inner landscape, transformed into works that can live in another person’s home, memory, or heart. I work with acrylics, collage, glossy magazines, airbrush, and sometimes unexpected elements like ropes or jewelry chains. Each carries its own story, and together they create works that are bold yet fragile — full of texture, color, and questions. My art asks uncomfortable questions about women’s real needs versus imposed dreams, about silence that hides violence, and about identity and belonging. At the same time, it dares to imagine utopia: bright, impossible landscapes where chaos becomes harmony and colors vibrate beyond academic rules. Immigration shaped my path — not only from Uzbekistan to Israel, but also from an unhappy marriage to freedom, and from a “safe” government job into risk and art. Each departure was also a discovery: of courage, of inspiration, and of the inner ocean that never leaves me. Even a single drop still belongs to the ocean — and so I remain connected to that endless ocean of creativity.
