Self-expression is a strong inner foundation for any creative. The need to create a wonderful world opens the doors to self-actualization. In psychology this concept regards the process by which an individual aims to reach their full potential. This brings us to living the meaningful life. As Steven Kotler puts it in Mapping Cloud Nine, “And this is where those high flow activities are in service of something positive and bigger than yourself. And this seems to be the pinnacle of happiness, the best that we can do.” I aspire to paint concepts. The concept of partnership— how the two or more grow together, shaping up the strengths in each other and becoming more like each other to some extent. The concept of hacking the ecstatic— it involves mending and spreading the bliss over the areas that had been previously shattered, covering and healing them thus amending and rejuvenating the mind. The concept of rediscovering and reconnecting with the deepest of our values; perseverance in reinforcing them. A special tribute to nature—breathtaking, powerful and wonderful, often under-appreciated nature that provides its healing and restoring powers on demand, nonstop. My work is a painted collage of a dream-like world that is fueled by the ideas of balance, structure, and peace. The hypotheses of neuroscience of flow states are at the base of it. Optimal performance as well as eternal evolvement and progression are at the core of a personal interest for me.
