ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is the 38th work of a series called "九点" in Japanese (pronounced "q-ten", meaning "nine dots/points"). I am viewing this series collectively as a big one artwork that I hope is shared by and connects people from all walks of life all over the world. I'm still experimenting how acrylic paint works. While acrylic pouring can be excessively wasteful, I'm trying to minimise waste. Also, I only mix water in acrylic paint. I was planning to add more dots, but I decided not to hide the background. * I took and tweaked the photo myself.
