ABOUT THE ARTWORK
// Signed original with certificate of authenticity // Fluid looking horizontal arrangement of whites, greys and blacks on a structured basis. Through the fluid lines I was hoping to add a lot of movement and to draw the viewer right into the diversified scene. The many structured areas, added with sand and vinyl adhesive, bring additional contrast and finely dosed movements on the canvas. Here I used a 80 x100 cm canvas on wooden frame, vinyl adhesive mixed with sand, marble dust and colors for the grounding as well as different tones for the multiple added layers, sprayed with water and worked into the canvas.
