He has painted in many parts of the world: the UK, Spain, France, Portugal, Kenya, the US, and South East Asia. He creates a great sense of place in his works in whatever medium he chooses. He enjoys capturing the atmosphere of the Irish countryside with particular emphasis on dramatic skies and seascapes
