This works are an abstract representation of the time of 1am. At this time we can think a lot of contrasting things. Emptiness and excitement, loss and perception of existence, regret and hope, reflection and determination... No one can replace life. Like it or not we have to carry it alone and the passage of time cannot be stopped, so we have to let it flow. This work is an analogy of the process of maturity through the self-reflection compared to the passage of time.
