ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Here in Moscow is a large quiet peaceful place called Serebryaniy Bor (which is literally translated as the Silver Forest, and nothing can describe it better than this name) where your soul feels rested and calm. If you walk down to the river, you can find this charming mysterious place full of trees with huge roots. I painted this beautiful landscape using fresh and warm colors to show you the play of shades and light. This artwork was painted with acrylic on the paperboard and finished with a protecting layer of varnish to keep colors safe from any damage. Signed and titled on the front and the back. Not ready to hang.

I was born in Moscow and spent my whole life here. I was raised learning about Russian Arts from my grandfather and then, when I was 8 y.o., I started my education in the State Tretyakov Gallery where I spent 8 years studying the history of arts and practicing in painting and drawing. It was an incredible time when I fell in love with the arts and decided that I would become an artist in the future. After that, I had individual lessons with extremely talented Russian old school artists for a couple of years to gain my skill and to be better in creating impressionistic landscapes. I had a classic art education as a professional restorer in the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry to become who I am right now. Nowadays, I teach art to people of different ages. I get inspired for my arts by nature and architecture; I want to share my emotions and feelings about these places and their unique atmosphere with other people.
